关于巧克力熔岩蛋糕


About Chocolate Molten cake:

1. Sometime, you might see this situation at poco.

2. Normally, this will only happen in the making of chocolate molten cake. Duration of baking is the key to bake this type of cake.

3. But the cake is hot and easy to break when it was just finish baked.

4. Thus, I have to move fast while take it out from the oven.

5. Somehow, it hurts.

6. But no more hurt after I see this.

7. The reason for me to keep baking, is the smell of the cake when it was finish baked. And of cause, the words 'it is delicious' that came from you.
